Originally from Buffalo, New York, Nicholas has dedicated his life to expanding educational access, and driving innovation in higher education. He earned a Bachelor’s in Human Ecology from Cornell University, where he first cultivated his passion for human well-being and equality, and later graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, establishing a strong legal foundation for his advocacy.
Nicholas began his career at Dow Lohnes, PLLC in Washington, D.C., representing colleges and universities to ensure students from all backgrounds could thrive. His work has spanned both for-profit and non-profit institutions, reflecting his commitment to inclusive learning environments. Throughout his career, he has emphasized transparent, ethical practices and strived to empower individuals through education. By tirelessly promoting integrity, access, and equity, Nicholas continues to help build a more inclusive future for learners everywhere.
