Leadership for Peace Initiative – Our flagship program recognizes that sustainable peace requires leaders who can navigate complex realities with both principle and pragmatism. Rather than seeking to transform human nature, we work with it, acknowledging that self-interest, properly understood, often aligns with peaceful cooperation.

The Initiative convenes experienced leaders from various backgrounds to examine successful models of conflict resolution and peaceful coexistence. We focus on practical mechanisms that have proven effective: respect for sovereignty, clear agreements, mutual benefit, and recognition of legitimate interests. Our approach emphasizes negotiation over confrontation, not from naive optimism, but from the hard-won understanding that alternatives to peace are typically more costly and less stable.
